Accessibility level
This website has been made accessible in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, level AA.
The website supports common browsers and mobile devices, and has been tested with a keyboard and accessibility testing tools.
What we have done
- Full keyboard navigation, including the main menu, the mobile menu, carousels and pop-ups, with a clear visible focus indicator.
- A hierarchical heading structure and marked page regions for screen reader users.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Sufficient color contrast between text and background, including text shown over images and videos.
- Visible, clear labels for all form fields.
- Links and buttons with clear names that describe their purpose.
- A button that pauses all motion on the page (background videos, animations and carousels).
- An accessibility toolbar that lets you, among other things, enlarge text, change contrast, highlight links and stop animations.
- The website is available in Hebrew and English, and the language of each page is set accordingly.
Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. In addition, some content is embedded from third-party services (such as YouTube videos, maps and social networks), and its accessibility also depends on those providers. The videos on the website contain no speech.
